Processing Times
All regular orders (i.e. not our Advent Calendars) are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs & Times
Yeah, The Beers! is proud to offer free standard shipping on all of our regular products sent Australia-wide, and optional $15 flat rate express shipping on the first item in your order, plus $5 per additional item in your order thereafter.
Our annual Advent Calendars are sent with free standard shipping to all states and territories excluding Western Australia, where a $15 shipping fee is applied (sorry guys - these are bloody heavy to ship and cost an arm and a leg to get to you!). Flat rate express shipping does not apply to Advent Calendars.
While we have a strong preference for Australia Post, at times we may utilise alternative courier options available to us via Starshipit to secure the fastest and most cost effective postal and courier services including Fastway Couriers, DHL, Toll, amongst others.
It’s reasonable to expect your delivery within 5 business days, though as we’ve seen in recent times, shipping times can vary widely for reasons beyond our control. This may be due to COVID-19 outbreaks, or simply busier times throughout the year such as Christmas. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times.

Advent Calendars
For our Advent Calendars, we’d hate for anybody to not be able to start on 1 December, so we will do our best to work with a range of logistics companies to ensure it’s in your hot little hands before then. If there are any delays, we’ll do our best to communicate them.
Just a heads up, Advent Calendars are a pre-order product, with processing and shipping happening from early November (you know, once our crazy team has finished all that hand-packing!)
Shipping Areas
At this stage, we only offer shipping domestically. International pals, stay tuned as we’d love to explore the possibility of expanding our shipping service internationally in future.
Shipping Address
Do make sure you provide an accurate shipping address as we do not take any responsibility for deliveries to incorrect addresses. While our system is pretty good at picking up incorrect addresses, the occasional order can go through without being alerted (say, when a unit number is left off but the street address is valid). When this happens, the order gets returned to us and sadly, to resend it, we will have to pass on the additional shipping charge.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at cheers@yeahthebeers.com with your name, email address, phone number and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Legal Responsibility
As per Australian laws, it is an offence to supply alcohol to minors under the age of 18. It is a requirement, by law, that the recipient of our products is of 18 years of age and able to supply photo identification on receipt, if requested by our delivery partners.
We and our delivery partners reserve the right to withhold a delivery if no one is home, photo identification is not supplied or the recipient is intoxicated.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please review our Returns Policy for full details on what can and cannot be refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cheers@yeahthebeers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
